Committed to delivering precision-engineered, high-quality aluminum billets, ASA uses high-purity primary aluminum ingots (Al > 99.8%) as its raw material—exceeding the industry norm of Al > 99.7%. This ensures superior alloy quality, improved consistency, and enhanced performance in the final product.
To achieve exceptional melt cleanliness, our melting furnaces are equipped with a two-stage CFF (Ceramic Foam Filter) degassing system for efficient dross removal and melt agitation. In addition, a tube filtration system is employed to effectively remove dissolved hydrogen and non-metallic inclusions from the molten aluminum, resulting in cleaner metal, reduced casting defects, and superior billet quality.
